Afraid a new home is outside of your reach?

Family with box moving into new home smilingFor many families, moving into a new home feels like an un-obtainable dream. They have an image in their minds but can't imagine being able to afford a new home, customized to their wants and needs.

We love being able to help these families. If you've always assumed that a home of your own was out of reach, you may be surprised to find that there are surprisingly affordable options.

    The Red Door Homes Series

Red Door Homes has been known for years as a provider of affordable, quality homes across the United States. That's why we're excited to announce that we've begun offering Red Door Homes base-plans.

Using a base plan doesn't mean cookie cutter. In fact, we've never built the same home twice, even when they were based on the same plan. All of our homes, including the Red Door Home Series can be customized to fit your family.

    Big or small

When most people think of an affordable home, they tend to think small. We certainly have smaller square foot options – our smallest is 1200sq ft. But the Red Door Home Series goes all the way up to 3300sq ft with a wide variety of sizes in-between.

So whether you're just starting a family or are busting out of your current home, we probably have a floor plan to fit your needs.

    No corner cutting

Affordable doesn't have to equal low-quality. With our Red Door Homes Series we use the same construction techniques and base materials that are used to build more expensive homes. The major difference is in finishes.

If you're on a tight budget, exotic hardwood floors and imported granite countertops might not make much sense. But there are plenty of high-quality, lower-cost finishes to choose from.
