What’s Not Included

While our Fixed-Price Guarantee covers the entire build, some site-specific costs (such as well or septic systems and any un-budgeted site work) and any upgrades you choose during the process are not included in the guarantee.

However, we are always upfront and transparent about those potential costs before they occur, so you stay in control.
