With extensive experience in the construction industry, Stephanie Rollins has been with Turner & Son Homes since 2020, playing a key role in optimizing operations from sales to the successful closing of homes. Her deep understanding of operations, leadership skills, and focus on process improvement have enabled her to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and ensure a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction at every stage of the project.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Oklahoma City University and values the collaborative spirit of the Turner & Son Homes team. She loves working alongside her colleagues to improve all aspects of the construction experience, always striving for excellence while fostering a culture of personal and professional growth. Stephanie is dedicated to the success of every project and takes pride in working for a company that constantly seeks improvement. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and friends at her lake house in Eufaula, where she can unwind and enjoy the outdoors. She is also the proud mother of a little boy, who she considers her greatest accomplishment. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and staying active.
