Your New Turner & Son Home

GetMoving™ Pre-Qualification
First, we ask you to complete the GetMoving™ pre-qualification questionnaire. Answering these questions with our Realtor experts will help you decide if this program is a good choice for you, and determine if your house meets the basic requirements.
If all looks good, your next step is to select the Turner & Son Home of your choice. Turner & Son Homes will then do a brief tour of your existing house and put together a GetMoving™ proposal package that will include:
Proposed contract for new Turner & Son Home
Proposed listing price for selling your existing house
Proposed price we will pay for your house if it doesn’t sell before the closing date on your new home
Clearly stated contractual obligations for both you and Turner & Son Homes
Home Inspection
Once the GetMoving™ proposal has been agreed upon by both parties, Turner & Son Homes will schedule a licensed inspection of your house. Your cost for this service is approximately $450 (full house and termite). Home inspections are a routine part of any home sales transaction and having the inspection early in the sales process reduces the risk of unwanted surprises for both you and Turner & Son Homes. If the inspection determines that repairs exceed the GetMoving™ proposal limits, either party may choose to withdraw or renegotiate the agreement.
Since our goal is to make the process as easy as possible for you, any repairs identified and agreed to in the GetMoving™ agreement can be handled by The Gary Atchley Gropu and Turner & Son Homes using our team of experienced professionals. You relax; we do the work.
Selling Your Existing House
