Tim Turner earned a degree in mechanical engineering from Oklahoma State University in 1990, then honed his leadership skills as an officer in the US Marine Corps. He returned to Oklahoma in 1994 and spent the next few years as a manufacturing engineer at York International Corporation. Tim joined his father in the home building business in 1999 bringing a wealth of experience, knowledge and attention to detail.

Ben Turner is a native Oklahoman who has built homes in Oklahoma City, Edmond, Tulsa and Midwest City for more than four decades. A 1961 distinguished graduate of the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce at the University of Pennsylvania, Ben worked in the home building industry for several decades before launching First Star Homes, Inc. in 1990. Today, the company has evolved into Turner & Son Homes. Ben is a former director of the Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association and is active in the community.
