We make sure you get the features that are important to you! How do we do it? It begins with the floorplan. Our new Smart Living™designs are simply more cost-efficient to build than most home designs. So you get a bigger home than you thought you could afford. We’re also building smarter. It’s called “value engineering” and it focuses on reducing construction costs.We’re now making new homes more efficient to build by using pre-engineered construction systems built to our specifications. Floor trusses, wall systems and roof systems are custom-built to exacting specifications in a controlled environment, then assembled by our construction team on site. We use the same materials as onsite “stick built” homes, just more efficiently. The quality is higher than what can be built onsite; the cost is lower.
